The resort also features the Ithaa under water restaurant, the world’s first undersea restaurant made only from glass.

Milaidhoo Island Resort
The Shoreline Grill sizzles up premium cuts of meat and fresh local fish, simply cooked, to let the quality speak for itself. It’s also home to the chef’s table and the wine cellar.
Their Vinium Wine cellar has a collection of 600 bottles of wine. Vinum is the Maldives’ first underground wine cellar. They run daily wine and cheese tastings and a 6 course tasting menu for pure indulgence.

The Wine Shop houses a wine cellar with 8,000 bottles of wine. You can either choose a case of wine or a single bottle of your choice. Operating as a cellar door, you can also take part in curated wine tastings, accompanied with a selection of artisan cheeses.
Before your dinner, you can descend down to the subterranean wine cellar and see the collection of 7,000 bottles and choose your evening’s drink. There are also wine tasting sessions throughout the week.

The Cellar is the perfect venue to discover new wines, with their extensive collection. Set 2 1/2 metres below sea level, you can choose either the a la carte or the set menu for a wonderful dining experience.
Here there is an underground cellar, housing more than 500 different types of wine. The large cellar id found at the bottom of a glass staircase, which has been designed around a large piece of driftwood, that make up your table.
