The resort’s H2O restaurant treats you to an incredible 360 degree view of the Indian Ocean above. It features a capacity of 20 guests and a specialised set menu. H2O is run by Chef Andrea Berton and is the first underwater restaurant branded and supervised by a Michelin starred chef.
Underwater restaurants are not usually included in any meal plans. It is always a good idea to allow extra for this amazing dining experience.
As more and more resorts are built or updated, I am sure more underwater restaurants will be opened.
