All guest accommodation is over water, with guests having direct access to the lagoon and the resort’s house reef. Children are welcome at Cocoa Island Maldives, however due to its over water accommodation children should be proficient swimmers and supervised at all times. Rather than a Maldives kids club, there is a babysitting services. Rather than force children into group activities, the familial intimacy of the Island allows children to mix easily and find their own friends. Menus are tweaked for children and include healthy and delicious choice, while the resort’s various accommodation styles allows for children under 12 to share their parents’ room.
